Natural Stones

In my opinion, natural stones add much to a garden. Colour. Texture. Vertical height. Contrast. Structure. Weed suppression. They can be used for ground cover as gravels or boulders for structure in borders (particularly in Rock gardens which are a fantastic idea for a naturalistic feel with lower maintenance than alternatives). Check out Stone Warehouse to see what is out there for your garden…

I haven’t even touched on the obvious yet. Patios.

Travertine, Granite and even Marble.

Each stone has different characteristics so may be better suited to some environments and locations than others.
